When you fill out a form on pinnpoint.io, talk to our AI assistant, try the AI receptionist demo, or call one of our numbers, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.
Our website collects basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and general location, so we can keep the site fast and secure. We do not use advertising trackers.
Phone calls to our numbers are recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately and improve our service. Text conversations are stored for the same reason.
How we use it
To answer you, and to do the work.
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, schedule and confirm consultations, deliver and support the services you have purchased, and send you information you have asked for.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our SMS terms for details on text messaging.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our email, hosting, phone, and scheduling providers — and only so they can perform that service for us.

We use reputable, encrypted services to store and transmit information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
